WORKFORCYX is the whole workforce: four groups and a governing office, twenty-six offices, the ARXOBITs who operate them, and the digital workers who execute. The workforce executes. ARXOBOT directs. The operator architects.
No digital worker runs as code yet. The structure is already in use: every step the operator schedules is filed under a group and an office, and CALΞNDARYX shows the week at every level.
Revenue wins the first purchase. Retention earns on every purchase after it, and its top rungs bring new buyers back to Revenue at no cost to acquire. Operations runs the firm around them; Intelligence tells it what is true.
Finds, qualifies and converts. Measured by new buyers, conversion and the cost of each one.
First result, repeat purchase, loyalty, advocacy, affiliation. Measured by repeat rate, lifetime value and referrals.
Decisions, money and how it streams, investors, law, people, protection, delivery and every exchange in between.
Research and development, market watch, and the audit of what was actually done.
Every office has one domain, and ARXOBITs to operate it. Every task in the firm belongs to exactly one office. Above the four groups sits the Ownership Office, for those who hold final authority over the firm.
Every office has a job description: what it is for. Every recurring duty has a job ascription: ordered steps, a cadence and a done-state. CALΞNDARYX schedules all seventy-eight duties, every time they recur, for as long as the firm runs.
Workers learn on the job. Each run is recorded against its done-state, and patterns become proposed revisions to the ascription, checked by the Audit Office and approved by the operator before they take effect. That is how the design keeps the operator out of the fires: no recurring duty is left without an owner, instructions or a time.
Nobody installs twenty-six offices at once. Most installations begin with one, usually Lead Generation, because its output can be counted within weeks. Each office is added when the last one has proven itself.
The workforce lives at the far end of the loop: ONTASX dispatches to its offices, and ARXΞCUTYX confirms what they complete.
Your intent, in your words, the moment it appears.
The capture becomes an executable record: what, the done-state, and when it is due.
The metanager decides whether, who and when, and issues the directive. It does not execute; it metanages.
The directive becomes an ordered sequence of tasks: who does what, in what order, by when.
Every task on one calendar, seen by all workers, by group, by office, or by one worker.
Each task goes to the right office of digital workers and is tracked while it is on task.
Completion confirmed, delays raised, and the integrity score kept.
